ShivYog Canada is part of the global ShivYog community, which focuses on self-realization and spiritual growth through ancient Indian practices. Founded by Dr. Avdhoot Shivanand, ShivYog integrates mindfulness, meditation, and healing techniques aimed at merging individuals with infinite consciousness.

Our vision is to create a harmonious and enlightened world where every individual realizes their infinite potential and lives a balanced life of inner peace, joy, and abundance. Through ShivYog Canada’s programs and initiatives, we aim to cultivate a global community that embraces mindfulness, fosters compassionate relationships, and contributes positively to society by merging ancient spiritual practices with contemporary scientific understanding.

Founder's Teaching

Dr. Avdhoot Shivanand emphasizes living a "200% life," integrating material success with spiritual fulfillment. He teaches mindfulness, meditation, and energy healing techniques to help individuals connect with their inner potential and achieve a state of harmony and enlightenment. His teachings guide individuals on a path of self-discovery, inner peace, and holistic well-being.

Dr. Ishan Shivanand focuses on empowering individuals through self-healing, meditation, and mindfulness. By blending ancient wisdom with modern techniques, he helps individuals overcome mental and emotional challenges, develop resilience, and achieve holistic well-being. His teachings inspire personal growth and a deeper connection to one’s true self.
